Crash Out! Showcase Brings Together Fans, Friends, and Artists for a Sold-Out Night
It was very cool to see artists come together for the Crash Out Artist Showcase on August 16th, hosted at Live From The Pentagon, a music studio and event space that’s quickly turning into a go-to spot for local talent.
The lineup featured Richie, The Kiddos, and Sofia Sampaio, who each brought their own energy to the stage and got the crowd warmed up. The room was a mix of fans, friends, and supporters, and you could feel right away that everyone was there to show love and have fun.
Ashera brought her indie alternative rock/pop sound with a performance full of energy and connection. She had this mix of raw power and catchy songs that kept the crowd tuned in the whole time. You could see people vibing along, and her set really fit the mood of the night.
Then it was time for DifferentChris, the headliner of the night. He performed songs off his new album I Wish I Could Sing, and the best part was how many fans already knew the words. The singalongs made his performance feel bigger than just a set — it was like the whole room was part of it. You could tell how much that meant to him, and it turned the night into a milestone moment.
What made the showcase stand out was the wholesome, community-driven vibe. A lot of the artists knew each other, and that closeness showed no ego, no competition, just artists lifting each other up and a crowd giving that love right back.
Events like this remind us why we love live music. From the openers to Ashera’s powerful set to DifferentChris closing it all out, the Crash Out Artist Showcase was more than just a show it was a celebration of music, community, and connection.
